
Every task needs to be done sometime, yet most todo list applications ignore time completely. How can you stay on top of everything if the only due date is “whenever”? You can't. Tasks are sorted by urgency, so the most urgent tasks are always at the top of the list.
If you manage a team, Do This First is a great tool for making your rounds with each team member and adjusting the task slider as they report their progress. Assigning a task to someone else is as easy as selecting their name from a list generated from your address book. You'll have instant urgency dashboards for each task and can take corrective steps to keep your team marching forward. NOTE: Do This First does not send or receive data at this time. We are investigating this ability for future versions with security as our top priority.
